Your Impact:

• Design and implement a scalable Salesforce strategy that aligns with Peerlogic's aggressive growth plans and venture-backed objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust Salesforce solutions, driving efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the development, customization, and integration of the Salesforce platform, focusing on maximizing the impact of Service Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Ensure seamless system integrations and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security across all platforms.
• Promote Salesforce best practices, stay ahead of industry trends, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce initiatives, providing leadership, support, and training to ensure company-wide adoption and proficiency.

Who You Are:

• A dynamic professional with a track record of success in Salesforce architecture within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• A strategic thinker with over 12 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, holding relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect).
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and programming languages, such as Lightning/Aura, LWC, Apex, and JavaScript.
• An excellent communicator and team player who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently, with a passion for taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
