You are an exceptional quantitative market researcher who is highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced and merit-based environment. You will work closely with the co-founders of the firm to lead each custom research engagement and manage the day-to-day client relationships.

You will work on a variety of different industries, clients, and projects ranging from uncovering customer needs and segments, product development and optimization, brand strategy and performance, to customer satisfaction and experience.

What you will do:

• Own the overall execution of multiple survey research projects with the highest level of quality
• Analyze research results to uncover valuable insights
• Learn and apply skills to develop visually compelling reports and presentations
• Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced and multivariate techniques
• Work with senior staff to design and write well-thought-out questionnaires to meet client objectives

What you will need:

• 5 years of progressive supplier-side market research experience
• Excellent execution ability, meticulous, well-organized, committed, and results oriented
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Solid analytical skills and experience with SPSS with a desire to learn multivariate and statistical modeling techniques
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and writing skills and high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Compensation:

• $150K base salary 22.5K bonus & profit sharing
