Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet visitors as they arrive, and answer phone calls.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager or owner.
Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8 Hour Shift (Mon-Fri)
- MUST BE BI-LINGUAL
