SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

• Responsible for assisting the Marketing Managers as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including copying, filing, running errands, invoicing, coupon tracking, and preparing appointments and agendas.
• Assist in managing social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Create email marketing campaigns with the assistance of the marketing managers.
• Aid in making website edits.
• Assist in getting on-site content to use on social media.
• Respond to guest inquiries on social media.
• Perform creative aspects of communications projects, including copywriting, editing, and design.
• Act as liaison for marketing materials needed for company events, such as brochures, posters, poster stands, pop-up banners, forms, etc.
• Oversee and work with interns for the department when applicable.
• Attend weekly Marketing meetings and relay important information to the marketing managers.
• Organize and keep an inventory of all marketing items on the property, including banners and signs.
• Assist in brainstorming new marketing campaigns.
• Help the Marketing Managers with event preparation for the resort.
• Work events as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

• A four-year college degree in marketing or communications from an accredited university or college institution.
• Must be analytical and creative and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
• Requires tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
• Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
• Must display a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• High proficiency with all MS Office applications, including : (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with faxing and copy machine usage.
