Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to understand clients' needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and more.
Close sales and generate revenue while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Willingness to obtain the necessary insurance licenses (if not already licensed).
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with insurance software is a plus.

Compensation:

We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan is unmatched and truly allows our team members to make an incredible income.

$18-25/hr (depending on experience)

PLUS uncapped commission pay

No. We have agencies located throughout Santa Cruz County looking for amazing talent to work On-Site in a professional office environment.

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

Do I need to have an insurance licensed to work for you?

Although we would preferred a licensed candidate, this is not a requirement since we are will willing to sponsor the licensing process for the right candidate.

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission!

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary and commissions.
