Are you a passionate Pediatric Registered Dietitian who loves helping kids grow up healthy? Do you enjoy working with families and guiding them through the complex world of nutrition? If yes, then we have the perfect job for you!

We are an independent pediatric practice committed to providing the best care to our patients. Our Nutrition Department is expanding and we are looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Registered Dietitian to join our team. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality nutrition education.

  • You will plan, develop and implement nutrition education and counseling for patients and families and manage patient/family response and progress, develop and implement ongoing nutritional care plans based upon patient needs.
  • You will review patient charts and gather data prior to meeting the patient/family, plot and assess anthropometric data, assess lab data, obtain diet history, feeding ability, growth history, and diagnosis, provide assessments and recommendations.
  • You will also provide therapeutic nutrition intervention for infants, children, teens, and young adults. Clinical encounters may be medically complex, including G Tube/NG feedings, healthy lifestyle guidance, obesity, eating disorders, food allergies, failing to thrive infants/children, IBD/IBS, heart disease, diabetes, picky eaters, Autism/sensory disorders, and vegan/vegetarian diets.

We are seeking someone who is up for a challenge. You will be seeing patients both in person via telemedicine at one or more of our office locations. We are the largest Pediatric Practice in the Chicagoland area with nearly 70 pediatricians and pediatric clinicians across 20 locations located in the north, northwest and western suburbs of Chicago. This will allow you the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across many diverse communities. So, come join us and let's make a difference together!
