PediaTrust, LLC is Hiring a Patient Representative Near Winnetka, IL

We are pediatric office located in Winnetka, IL. seeking a dedicated and reliable patient representative to work 32-36 hours per week. Saturdays are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling and registration
- Medical insurance processing and verification
- Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup
- Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
- MyChart Patient Portal
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
- Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus
- Quick Learner
