OverviewPediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical group has an exceptional Full Time work opportunity at Memorial Hermann SouthwestSeeking experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioners - Acute Care Certified to join our practice in the newborn nurseryResponsibilities* The successful candidate will join a team totaling 2 pediatricians and 2 PNP's* PNP will work beside pediatrician exclusively in the newborn nursery* Flexible work schedule - 15-16 shifts per month, 7-8am to 4-5pm* Average daily census of 25-35 patients* No night call* Responsibilities include: Perform physical exams on all newborns, round with the attending pediatrician, complete documentation and billing.
