- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance information.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Assist with aesthetic procedures treatments as an assistant to the physician.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
- Certification as a medical assistant is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience in coding and billing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
