As a Dental Hygienist with BDH, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall oral health of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque and tartar, polishing teeth, and applying fluoride treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements:

• Valid dental hygiene license in TN.
• Proficiency in using dental software.
• Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
