Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:

Pediatric Advanced Therapy is excited to hire a Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The candidate will be remote but travel monthly to the Winston-Salem, NC area to supervise clients in our Winston-Salem clinic. Preference will be given to candidates on the east coast to reduce travel time. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and their families in a clinic setting.

Travel will be expected on a monthly basis for supervision and completing re-authorizations and/or new evaluations. All travel and lodging costs will be covered. Candidates can expect to travel approximately four consecutive weekdays per month. In the future, due to the remote nature of the job, the BCBA may be reassigned to another local clinic within the Charlotte area as caseload dictates.

Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

  • 25 billable hours/week minimum requirement - bonus structure if you go above
  • Provide virtual direct supervision and training to RBTs, in-person once monthly
  • Complete client assessments, develop treatment plans and monitor client progress
  • Monitor and assess program effectiveness through data collection and analysis
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding skill acquisition and management of challenging behaviors using the principles of ABA
  • Consult with other PAT providers as appropriate and facilitate ongoing trainings on intervention procedures to staff
  • Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the patient’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and propose new goals to the school-based team.

Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

  • Must have a current BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education)
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience is required for remote roles
  • At least 1 year completing evaluations preferred
  • Must be eligible for credentialing within the MCOs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
