Responsibilities 

• Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculate sales commissions
• Reconcile dealer reserve statements
• Process payments to floor plan institutions
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Calculate & Pay Sales Tax
• Monitor assigned schedules and accounts for accuracy
• Process Dealer Trades
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of automotive billing experience preferred
• Familiarity using a dealership management system (Dealertrack DMS)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
