Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. Our store sells, services, and rents Pedego Ebikes. We also offer guided tours on the island. Check them out (and our reviews) on trip advisor and google. People LOVE our store! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Our ebike rentals and tours are known on the Island as the "Most Fun Thing to Do on the Island". Customers come from all over to rent ebikes and take our tours. Candidate must be able to handle muti-tasking as multiple groups of people may come in at the same time.

Duties: including sales, inventory, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Train and develop store employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Conduct employee orientations and oversee tour guide schedules
- Ensure the store maintains proper pricing, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist guests with rentals, directions, recommendations, etc.

- Track repairs that come into the shop and communicate customer needs with mechanics

- The person that takes this position can also lead guided tours if they would like to (optional)

- This position offers discounts on all store merchandise

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
