Assembly/Painter Job

AUTO Painting experience is a PLUS!

Able to operate and use all body shop equipment properly and safely.

Tape off parts correctly that are not to be painted.

Able to mix multiple colors of automotive paint.

Able to spray primer/paint with airless spray gun without any runs or sags leaving a good finish on all parts.

Able to inspect parts for dents and rust before primer/painting parts.

Maintain tools and keep equipment/area clean and in good working condition.

Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator in a manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinner and other hazardous material.

Must have a positive work ethic and willing to be a team player.

Overtime is available on a regular basis.

Able to use overhead cranes with proper chains/straps/shackles/s-hooks to bring parts in and out of paint booth.

Able to use fork truck to bring parts in and out of paint booth.
