Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Summary
Coordinates & has direct responsibility for all fulfillment & shipping of all products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing Printanista supplies alerts & percentage levels.
· Reading & understanding pick tickets.
· Pulling inventory for fulfillment process.
· Reading & understanding the Inventory Logics Consol for Parts fulfillment.
· Assist with all branch supplies shipments.
· Manage shipments with internal & FedEx deliveries.
· Manage client communications with all supplies.
· Daily organization, maintenance, and upkeep of warehouse.
· Maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required.
· Assist with monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual inventory physical counts.
· Assist back up for Ordering & Receiving Specialist.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years of prior experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Advanced understanding of basic office applications.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Vendor level certifications as required.
