Privately Managed Pearle Vision Franchise locations in Orange County is looking for an Enthusiastic and Experienced Optical Sales Associates to join our Energetic and Hardworking Team. Please apply only if you are enthusiastic about Sales and Customer Service.
Optician Duties include but not limited to:
  • Ensure high quality customer service
  • Fulfill / Dispense Prescription Eyeglasses and assist customers with frame and lens selection
  • Answer phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, appointment recalls
  • Perform preliminary testing for the Optometrist
  • Fulfill contact lens trial room and perform proper contact lens training
  • Ensure that store consistently and efficiently meets expectations for sales, merchandising, patient care and store operations
  • Support the store manager in diagnosing the business & leverages the synergies of Retail, Lab & Doctor to drive positive results
  • Shows great pride in store appearance & executes visual directives
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
Requirements:
  • Previous optical retail experience and Vision Insurance knowledge is required
  • ABO certification is preferred but NOT required
  • Strong Sales Skills, Phone skills, Consulting skills, and Proven ability to Solve Problems
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must work on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Must live within 25 miles from 92606
  • Awareness of current fashion trends
  • Must be highly motivated in providing an exceptional customer service
  • Basic math and computer knowledge
