About the Practice

Pearle Vision Brewster is seeking an Optometrist to join our passionate team for a full-time position. Located in Brewster, New York our dedicated team of doctors provides high-quality care to patients of all ages. 

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and energetic Optometrist to join our practice!

About the Optometrist Position

This role is a sublease position, meaning you collect your own fees and essentially will have your own book of business! 

As an Optometrist in our practice, your regular duties will include:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Handle eyecare emergencies
• Diagnosing and managing eye conditions such as dry eye and conjunctivitis

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
• Valid NY state license to practice optometry
• Interest in working with patients of all ages
• Average patient number of patients 10-15 /Day
• Team player and self-starter with strong personal ethics and character
