Private practice conveniently located across from Costco and Chick-fil-A in Pearland is looking for a dental assistant for a full-time position. A minimum of 2 years experience as a chair side assistant is preferred, but WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!!!!

We have a welcoming, friendly office environment so we need a personality that will complement that. In addition to technical skills, a Dental Assistant must be compassionate, fun to work with, and have strong Professional Presence and must have excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing). Must be able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude and be a people person with an eye for details. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is a must. We value good communication and organizational skills, energy, and the maturity to be a team role model.

Our office is completely digitized with state of the art equipment including digital Pano, Ceph, Cone beam CT, Intraoral Scanner, Nomad handheld X-Ray unit, Intraoral camera, Carivue, and Isolite. If you are not already cross trained, you will be cross trained and will be compensated based on existing skills and ability to perform new procedures and skills. Salary starting at $14-18/hr (plus bonuses) depending on experience and level of education, with potential to grow with the practice. Benefits include PTO, 401k, and paid holidays to name a few.
