Rare opening in a great local restaurant/pub!

Are you looking for a part-time weekend job? Interested in making $20-$25/hr and only working 2-3 evenings/week? This is the serving job for you! Small staff, loyal regulars, high tip percentages, busers and food runners make this job one of the best! Pearl Street Pizzeria & Pub in Fishers is looking for a part-time server to join our team. There is a strong possibility of being cross-trained as a bartender.

Must be able to work Fri or Sat evening. Must have experience with ALOHA POS. Must have prior serving experience. Must be able to obtain a IN Liquor License.

Our ideal candidate has serving experience, is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Delivering a great customer experience *Ability to learn all menus; beer, wine, liquor, and food. *Having a passion to help grow the business and grow within the business *Ability to work smoothly during high volume shifts and ability to deliver exceptional service to build on our regular base during low volume times as well *Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Able to multitask efficiently *Strong organizational skills *Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus *Positive Attitude

Requirements

*Must have a valid Liquor License or be able to obtain one within 7 days *Must have reliable transportation *Must have experience using ALOHA point-of-sale *Must have > 1year serving experience

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $2.13 - $3.00/hour.
