Pearl's Hope is Hiring a Medical Billing Associate Near Beachwood, OH
Our team is looking for a passionate and people-driven associate to support our exceptional finance team. In this position, your responsibilities will include reviewing home health aide documentation for completeness, supporting billing and A/R management, and filing and organizing. This role is highly team oriented, technology-enabled, fast-paced, and vital to our mission of providing the best home health care in Ohio!
Primary Duties Include
- Reviewing HHA documentation
- Supporting billing and A/R management
- Filing and organizing paper documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn new processes and technology systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel)
We offer benefits including health insurance and paid vacation. We are hiring for this position immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-20 per hour
Schedule:
- In person, regular working hours (9am-5pm M-F)
Supplemental pay types:
