PEARL RIVER VALLEY OPPORTUNITY, INC is Hiring a Housing Coordinator Near Columbia, MS
Distribute and receive tenant applications; schedule and coordinate potential tenant verification forms; prepare leases and tax certification forms for all new tenants; receive, review and coordinate tenant verification forms; meet with new tenants to sign leases and certification forms and conduct move in inspections; conduct periodic housing inspections at each development; will involve travel to area counties; work with other tenant related issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $26,400.00 per year
