Our multi-specialty private practice is looking for an experienced, devoted and personable professional to join our top-rate team. Must have experience including scheduling, insurance billing, co-payment calculation and all other front desk activities. We are looking for someone is self motivated, dependable and maintains a positive demeanor. The office accepts payment at time of service and this position requires knowledge of dental insurance and the variables that apply to calculating co-pays.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), needs to be highly organized, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, an upbeat and positive attitude, willing to learn about the business, must be compassionate and treat others respectfully, be able to work independently, effective time management skills, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor and be reliable.
