POSITION SUMMARY 

Pearce Services has an immediate need for a Program Administrator with telecommunications experience. The Program Administrator will support the back-office administrative, payroll, and billing teams by assisting with data entry, daily work report processing, payroll controls, and other critical duties as needed. The emphasis on quality control and work order management, working within multiple systems to establish and maintain efficient workflow. 

 DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understands the work order (WO) cycle for specific customers and programs. This includes having a strong knowledge of contracts and the overall workflow of jobs from receipt to cash. 
  • Quality Control (QC) of incoming work orders for accuracy and completeness;
  • Review/QC of Daily Work Reports or Timesheets;
  • Assesses the impact of job-related costs on revenue and can update the WO accordingly;
  • Assists in the updating of critical fields on the work order;
  • Corresponds with the field to resolve any QC issues;
  • Meets with Project Managers or Resource Managers to review work orders;
  • Monitors e-mail traffic and updates work orders, including attaching documents;
  • If applicable, close out tickets in the customer system, compliance documents, and final audit. 
  • Participates in regular review of best practices for process improvement.
  • Assists in expense management on the work order.
  • Monitors reports and dashboards to prioritize work.
  • Responsible for the follow-up of inactive work orders to make sure jobs get proper review and closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

  • Billing / Administration experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • General technical proficiency
  • Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid grammar and communication skills
