POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager plans, directs, and manages all marketing strategies, functions, policies, objectives, and initiatives. This dynamic role, broad in scope and full of variety, is responsible for driving the Pearce experience for external customers through strategic corporate initiatives. You will partner with the Branding & Communications Manager in continually enhancing our brand image through brand awareness, sales and recruiting support, advertising, social media, public relations, trade shows and conferences, and general corporate communications and marketing.

You should be a doer, creator, explorer, very detailed, and energetic with a wide range of experiences, preferably in B2B marketing. You should have at least five years of experience and be seeking opportunities in a continually expanding infrastructure services enterprise. You will be a driver, able to be entrusted with projects of all sizes and scopes. You’ll be participating in high-level meetings, but also managing the finer details of marketing messaging and campaigns.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media and Website

  • Conceptualize and create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning and allocation; content ideation and distribution; and implementation schedules (e-newsletters, case studies, white papers, web page content, blogs, and social media messages, etc.)
  • Grow and expand the company’s social media presence into new relevant platforms, while enhancing current presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Support brand awareness and ensure a strong online reputation through constant engagement and well-planned, timely, accurate, and platform-relevant updates
  • Maintain and update websites as needed
  • Maintain and update Google accounts, SEO, paid and organic campaigns
  • Train and guide social media and marketing team members and individual contributors on social media best practices and strategies
  • Research and monitor social media activities of customers and competitors
  • Track all associated metrics, reporting progress and growth on all campaigns to senior management

Marketing

  • Coordinate efficient marketing activities for all service groups and departments by identifying key marketing outlets and competitive strategies
  • Conceptualize, create, and maintain appropriate marketing and advertising support for promotions, marketing communication materials, trade publications, etc.
  • Manage third party vendors and contractors for marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate, manage, and participate in industry trade shows
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate marketing performance metrics that measure marketing strategy effectiveness
  • Support sales presentations, campaign updates, project management, and customer communications

Corporate Development

  • Stay updated with all new developments within the organization, through constant interactions with other teams such as brand management, operations, sales, HR, recruiting, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the telecom and renewables infrastructure services industry market and emerging trends
  • Other duties and projects as directed

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of proven marketing, communications, and social media experience, preferably in field services, maintenance and repair, telecom, and/or renewable energy
  • Experience leading or ability to lead an innovative marketing team with proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
  • Demonstrated success in a cross-functional and multi-division environment; and effective interactions with diverse audiences of executives, mid-management, and individual contributors, inspiring understanding and agreement
  • Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills in collaborating and influencing geographically dispersed teams

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)
  • o Including page layout, basic illustrations, photo and video editing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Skilled with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiar with WordPress
  • Familiar with creating and administering surveys, analyzing and presenting feedback
  • Knowledge of data analysis, KPI’s, and forecasting methods
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design and development, production, etc.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of brand and target market /dynamics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to research market trends and customer insights

  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented to successfully contribute to the Company's rapidly growing, changing, and complex environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
