POSITION SUMMARY

Pearce Renewables Is looking for Highly Trained Wind Turbine Technicians and Leaders with 1.X, 2.X, and 3.X training, and a background in Commissioning and Troubleshooting. 100% travel In the U.S. and offshore.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• You need to have strong technical skills.
• Must understand Ohms Law
• Must understand small circuit wiring.
• Must be able to read schematics.
• Possess solid work discipline and demonstrate ability to follow safety standards at all times.
• Attention to detail and ability to document work performed.
• Converter Certification (any platform) is a requirement for this role, and Advanced Troubleshooting/SCADA is a plus.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

• At least four years of wind experience a plus
• Able and willing to climb 300ft or higher.
• Certified in 1x, 2x, and/or 3x Megawatt converter.
• Advanced Troubleshooting and SCADA preferred.
• Other platform trainings or experience a plus
• Able to pick up and carry 50lbs.
• Able to work long hours.
• Electrical and mechanical background Is necessary.
• Multiple OEM platform experience is preferred.
