Pearce Foundry and Machine Works is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Prairieville, LA

Job Description

Pearce Foundry is looking for an Office Coordinator. Some of the primary duties are:

· Answering and directing phone calls

· Managing meeting schedules for the management team

· Organizing luncheons and travel as needed for the management team

· Working with the company uniform vendor to fit employees with uniforms, place orders/ make changes and assure invoice accuracy

· Collect Payroll Exception Sheets and submit to Payroll weekly

· Provide data entry, report generation and other computer support to management

· Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies

· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail

· Filing, scanning, and organizing records, drawings and other documents

· Work as a liaison with HR

· Other duties as required

Ideal candidate will: SKILLS AND QUALIFICIATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Great interpersonal skills

· Friendly, service-oriented personality

· Keen attention to detail

· Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets

· Comfortable in industrial, fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

M-TH 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Fri 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
