Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Physical Therapist to develop client specific programs.
• Perform individual stretching and mobility sessions for clients.
• Utilize a variety of stretching techniques to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Assess clients' current flexibility levels and develop customized stretching programs.
• Provide guidance on proper warm-up and cool-down exercises.
• Monitor and track clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Educate clients on the importance of stretching for overall health and fitness.

Qualifications:

• Certification and training provided in stretching and mobility techniques.
• Background in fitness, personal training, yoga or movement coaching.
• Strong knowledge or eagerness to learn anatomy and biomechanics..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt stretching programs to suit individual needs and goals.
