The Category Advisor POS Analyst will enhance product performance and market share by
providing detailed analytics and strategic insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and
collaboration with various internal teams to boost profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze SKU and category performance to improve sales and profitability
• Partner with National Account Managers and internal teams to coordinate activities that impact account performance
• Identify and develop global business opportunities to increase revenue and marke share
• Manage and update database tools for analysis of sales, forecasts, and customer POS data
• Lead cross-functional meetings to support customer needs and drive profitability
• Oversee forecasting processes and regular performance reporting
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Additional Skills:
• High proficiency with customer platforms, especially for major retailers such as Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Bass Pro, and Academy Sports
• Extensive experience in BPCS (Business Planning and Control System)

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in POS analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and database management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in data analysis or category management
