We are now taking applications for a Bilingual Off-Site Recruiter servicing the Forest City area. Pay for the position is 18.00-20.00 depending on experience.

Overview: 

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an hybrid recruiting role. This position will provide support of day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team related to all aspects of hourly recruitment. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize recruiting platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. to track all applicants on a daily basis.
• Correspond with all applicants and schedule interviews, send offer letters, provide feedback.
• Record on a daily basis all data related to recruitment efforts – Ex. Numbers of applicants, interviews scheduled, interviews conducted, offers accepted, etc.
• Coordinate with site management to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date position descriptions.
• Attend local recruiting events such as job fairs, community resource center outreach, etc.
• Able to travel in area to meet candidates
• May perform other duties as assigned.
