Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an experienced Manager to manage Janitorial Cleaning within a facility for our Client in Lake City, SC. We are seeking someone who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

Salary: $900 per week

Responsibilities:

• Team of 10 employee
• 5 days schedule depending on business needs and an on-call availability
• Site is 24 hrs but workday is 2 shifts from 3am-9pm, plus 8 hrs on the weekend daily
• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Train and deploy a capable work force
• Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
• Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure all requirements and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently
• Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs
• Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management success preferably in an industrial setting
• High school diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Previous experience with electronic timekeeping desired
• The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
• Must pass drug screen, background check
