Position Title: Accounting Clerk II

Essential Functions:

• Data entry into three (3) proprietary systems
• Electronically and manually filling out daily paperwork
• Activation Work Order list
• Job set-up
• Importing and exporting data from different software
• Attendance sheets – auditing attendance
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain organized system of document retention
• Scanning all information into proprietary system
• Ensuring a teamwork environment
• Filing

• Sound work ethics and flexibility
• Strong decision making and analytical thinking ability
• Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise accounting software

Experience and Education:

• One (1 ) plus years of data entry experience is required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basis

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
