We are looking for an experienced Vollmer CNC Diamond Saw Operator.

Essential Functions :

• Incoming inspection of Tools to print requirements.
• Maintain equipment, general PM’s clean grease and change wire and wheels, ect. As required.
• Maintain proper flow of material through the production area.
• Keep track of all required paperwork.
• Responsible for Final tool inspections and assembly.
• Notify team member of material shortages.
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area and follow 5S requirements.
• Setup and trouble shoot machine issues.
• Be the got to associate for complicated issues for guidance.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Braze tools as required.
• Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.
• Strong understanding of general equipment and operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and take measurements with calipers and other measuring devices.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Lean by example.
• Strong understanding of company polices.
