The position of carbide sharpener II is to be able to run saw sharpening equipment independently with little guidance as to the general operations and product identification.

Essential Functions :

• Run and inspection saw blades as they are sharpened to print requirements.
• Maintain equipment, general PM’s clean grease and change cutting wheels ect. As required.
• Maintain proper flow of material through the production area.
• Keep track of all required paperwork.
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area and follow 6S requirements.
• Setup and trouble shoot machine issues.
• Program machines as necessary for new products.
• Work with SSR and management teams on manufacturing and customer issues.
