Peak Performers is in search of a skilled Web Developer with expertise in technical support and proficiency in C# .Net. This role involves engaging in supplementary development and providing support for our client's Real Estate Parcel workflow tool project. The successful Web Developer will play a crucial role in designing and developing a web-based application dedicated to monitoring parcel acquisitions throughout their entire lifecycle.
You will play a key role in researching emerging technologies and industry best practices, assessing their relevance and compatibility with existing applications and customer needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prototyping targeted solutions within the applications using these technologies, and supporting the lead developer in implementing approved technical enhancements across all facets of the application.
Major duties:

• Provide as needed technical support and troubleshooting services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Design and Develop Solutions
• Testing, implementation, and deployment
• Any residual documentation necessary

What are we looking for

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with application development/modernization is needed for success in this role
• Technology stack includes .Net C#, TSQL, Angular, and Tableau for reporting and BI Analytics and direct experience in similar technology environments is needed
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring effective communication skills with non-technical and technical audiences is required

About this position

• Rate: $52.50 per hour
• Length of engagement: 1/15/24 through 3/15/24 with extension options
• Days/Hours: M-F, 8:00AM to 5:00PM unless otherwise coordinated
• Location: Houston, TX, 77002 (Hybrid) Candidates must be local to Houston, TX
