Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in the facility
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings
- Ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, tenants, and visitors

Skills:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively maintain and repair various systems and equipment
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience supervising or leading a team of maintenance personnel
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff, tenants, and visitors
- Familiarity with logic controllers and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
