Service Consultant (B2B Sales) - Peak Performance Team

Searching for a dynamic outgoing individual to lead our sales efforts to bring unique vehicle protection products into Franchised and Independent Automobile dealerships service departments.

The ideal candidate will have 5 year experience as a Service Director, Manager, or Writer in a franchised automotive dealership as well as a deep desire to grow and learn.

The position is demanding with aggressive sales goals and monthly objectives. It offers a truly unlimited income potential comprised of based plus commission.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Create training curriculum for service department personnel
• Training service personnel on sales techniques and software solutions in the service drive
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Interview clients to determine current software solutions and document uses thereof
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
• Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines

Qualifications and Education Requirements

5 to 7 years of account management experience, service manager experience, project management skills, ability to communicate client needs with staff, sales experience, ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, negotiation skills, listening skills, communication skills, presentation skills, time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Automotive Retail Experience, Automotive DMS / Software Training Experience
