Peak is looking for General Superintendent in the Las Vegas with experience in High Rise, Multi-Family Housing, Hotels, Condominiums, and other types of negotiated work. The ideal candidate would have experience working on projects valued over 150 million.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, and Bluebeam
- 10 years in Multi-Family Residential, Senior Living, Hotels, Condominiums.
- Understanding of Subcontractor negotiations and subcontracts.
- Excellent budgeting and quality control skills
