Peak is looking for General Superintendent in the Las Vegas area for a recent awarded Project. This will be a full-time position. Salary is based upon experience and Auto Allowance, Gas Card, Cell Phone Reimbursement, iPads, Computer is included as well.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all on-site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent budgeting and quality control skills

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
