Peak Parking is a boutique parking operator headquartered in Austin, TX. We cover an array of services from commercial, retail, hotel, medical office, and event parking and are willing to take on anything else that comes our way.

Valet Parking Attendant

Our talented Valets are the front line of Peak Parking and we are in search of highly energetic team players to best represent who we are! Our employees are our top priority and we take pride in knowing they have the resources and motivation to provide unparalleled service that keeps our customers coming back!

What's the job?

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Help direct traffic in and around the designated valet zones
• Provide customers with valet tickets promptly
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and professionally each and every time
• Show up with a positive attitude daily and be a team player
• Keep areas clean and up to the highest standards
• Be organized and proactive in record keeping and notifying supervisors of any areas needing improvement
• Act as an advocate of the property and become familiar with the surrounding areas
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of valet or parking experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Consistent punctuality
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• A neat and tidy appearance is important to make a positive impression on customers
• The job may involve standing for long periods and requires the ability to maneuver vehicles in tight spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Background check and drug screen required prior to start
• Reliable transportation to and from locations
• Flexible schedule and willing to work different shifts/hours depending on needs
