Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Erosion Control team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision

- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil

- Assist with the installation of construction materials

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Valid driver's license is a plus

Note: This position may require standing, bending, kneeling, and working at heights for extended periods of time. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
