We are growing and adding a full-time General Dentist to our practice.

Our office is an established practice with ten operatories, CBCT, an Itero scanner, and a dental staff of 4 hygienists and well-trained EDDA- Dental Assistants. We offer a wide variety of dental treatments, including cosmetic dentistry. At Fountain Dental Center, our Dentists are the leaders of our practice. This is a full-time position working four days per week, Monday-Thursday, with an option to add Fridays.

• Friday 8 am-2 pm

As an Associate General Dentist with Fountain Dental Center, you will deliver a Distinctive Patient Experience to our established and growing patient base. We average 74 new patients per month. Our Associate General Dentists lead a team within the practice while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff morale. Clinical responsibilities include restorative dentistry, endo, extractions, implant restoration, Invisalign, and oral sedation. Associate Dentists are offered clinical autonomy and are provided with mentorship and resources from some of the best clinicians in the industry to encourage their clinical growth. Our practice is perfect for general dentists looking to expand their clinical skills in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, restorative, oral surgery, endo, implants, and even Botox and fillers! - all while reaching your highest earning potential.

What we will offer you:

Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, receiving the greater of a daily guarantee or a 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections. 

Signing Bonus: We will provide up to a 10,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive or relocation stipend.

Equity: Subject to board approval of your candidacy before your start date, the company would grant the Lead Dentist $33,333 in equity that vest over five years based upon continued suitable standing employment and maintaining baseline practice targets. At our forecasted 3-5X growth in 3 to 5 years, the equity grant would have the opportunity to be worth $100,000 to $167,000 within five years. This equity grant would be in addition to any future decisions the Lead Dentist makes to invest in buying additional shares in Peak Dental Services, like close to 60% of our dentists & specialists.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Dental License
• DDS-DMD Degree
• CPR-ACLS Certified
• Denticon experience is a plus
• 3-5 years of clinical experience
