Peak Dental Services is Hiring a Dental Patient Coordinator Near Fountain, CO

Description

Fountain Dental Center in Fountain, Colorado, is growing and seeking a polished Dental Patient Coordinator for our family dental practice. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. We are led by two extraordinary General Dentists and an Office Manager and need a dynamic and outgoing dental receptionist to help us grow our practice. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for a quick learner with a can-do attitude. Someone organized and detail-oriented will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.
  • Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and update patient demographic information in the patient management system.
  • Perform front office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies. Keeping patient waiting area cleaned and stocked with supplies
  • Ability to communicate to teams when their patient has arrived in a friendly and prompt fashion
  • Collect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phone
  • Utilize patient communication software to send out patient confirmation
  • Additional duties as needed to assist with other dental teams within the location

Requirements

  • Previous dental front office experience is required
  • Dental Assisting experience is a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Denticon software experience is a plus but is not required
  • Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
