Description
Mountain Shadows Dental, an established family practice located in Firestone, Colorado has an immediate need for a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator. We work Monday-Thursday with one Friday per month. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a dental front office setting, be self-motivated, and someone who enjoys working as a team. Strong communication skills are a must in this role. We strive to deliver a positive patient experience day in and day out. Your typical day:
- Answer all patient calls promptly providing top-notch customer service
- Schedule patients for appointments
- Welcome patients into our practice checking them in/out for treatment
- Coordinate insurance info, updating patient demographic information in Denticon
- Collect payment at the time of service
- Manage payments and ledgers
- Verify insurance for accurate treatment plans

Requirements
- 1 or more years experience in a Dental Front Office position is REQUIRED
- Prior customer service experience
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Denticon experience is a plus but is not required
