Job Description - We are looking for someone to sell repairs to residential homeowners. We are a full service roofing company in the Raleigh area and we have a lot of leads for roof repairs. These are younger roofs that do not need a full replacement yet, but do have problems that need to be fixed. This position is a sales position that will meet homeowners to inspect the roof, determine the cause of the problem, and present them with the solutions that we can offer them. This position will not be performing the repairs. If you have experience with troubleshooting and repairing asphalt shingle roofs and are great at communicating with customers, this can be a great opportunity to earn $70,000-$140,000 per year!

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of roof to determine necessary repairs
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to thorough diagnose roof issues
- Meet with customers to discuss solutions to roof problems
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair projects and ensure timely completion.

Experience:
- Must have experience with asphalt shingle roofing
- Comfortable climbing on roofs
- Experience diagnosing leaks on asphalt shingles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
