As a Medical Social Worker at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA, you’ll be part of a collaborative team working together to ensure our patients and their families have the support and the resources needed from diagnosis to discharge.

We are currently seeking social workers to join our Care Management team. Day shift and Evening shift opportunities are available working 32, 36, or 40 hours per week in our inpatient nursing units and emergency department.

Southwest Washington Medical Center is a 450-bed, level II trauma center, acute care hospital that is part of PeaceHealth, a non-profit mission driven healthcare system. What You Bring:

Medical Social Worker:

* Master’s degree in social work (MSW) OR may consider a Master’s degree in counseling or related field with a minimum of two years’ social work experience.

* A WA State credential in order to practice, either Washington State Age
