Peace of Mind Psychological Services is a thriving private practice in Johns Creek which provides psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. We provide various types of evaluations to address various areas including learning disabilities, attention problems, emotional and behavioral problems, and trauma. We are seeking to hire a psychometrist with experience conducting psychological evaluations to join our team. * Serious inquiries only*

Minimum Qualifications include:

• At least one year of training administering psychometric measures, including cognitive assessments, academic measures, personality/social-emotional inventories
• Two years of experience administering psychometric measures, including cognitive assessments, academic measures, personality/social-emotional inventories
• Effective communication, including asking questions and noting concerns when necessary
• Training in diagnosis based on criteria outlined in the DSM-IV-TR and DSM-5.
• The ability to work during the week and one Saturday a month
• Optional: The ability to write a thorough report, detailing interpretation of test results and appropriate recommendations based on test findings.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering testing measures
• Scoring and interpretation of test measures
• Interviewing skills and Rapport building
• Sending forms to clients
• Effective communication
• Adhering to client confidentiality and privacy when handling client files and information
• Optional: Writing and completing reports in a timely manner (typically two weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.50 - $37.50 per hour
