The Vocational Manager oversees a team of 10-15 Community & Vocational Direct Support Professionals and around 30 individuals receiving our services. The manager must be very comfortable supervising & engaging with individuals and team members. There are many duties that require computer proficiency: email, billing, 245 D individual paperwork, payroll, scheduling, budgets, training, job coaching etc.

Job Coaching is a critical part of the position. We offer education and training, in part, on resume building, interview skills, working in a new position, and how to grow in your career to qualifying individuals.

Must be able to work as a Direct Support Professional as necessary - the position is "hands on". Managers may need to work non-day time hours as needed to ensure individuals are getting to and from work.

Prefer one to three years of experience in the field or in a similar position.
