POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist provides critical support to applicants, hiring managers, and Head Start stakeholders in the recruitment and selection of quality candidates for all HS/EHS positions. As the primary point of contact for HS/EHS new hires, the HR Specialist will implement and execute a quality onboarding experience and coordinate all aspects of the new hire experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum three years of relevant experience required. Must possess a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
