PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. currently seeks candidates for Technical Production Operators in Tucson, Arizona.

Join our dynamic manufacturing and supply chain team in Tucson, AZ! We are seeking skilled Production Operators to contribute to our success. Please note that this is an on-site position, and overtime opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual assembly, operate automated assembly equipment, perform hand soldering, operate automated test equipment, and inspect and repair products.

• Conduct machine and line setups, feeder repairs, and first-line preventative maintenance.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of board assembly processes and product process flow.

• Proficient knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications, and SMT processing systems.

• Ability to set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools.

• Recognize and address problems in the assembly process or with assembly components.

• Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing.

• Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, and Documentation control systems.

• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems.

Education:

• High school diploma and additional post-high school courses, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a commitment towards further education.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
