Position: Production Associate (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Allentown, PA

Starting Pay: $18.12 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production activities including equipment setup, package filling, labeling, and finished goods movement.

• Adhere to Quality System Guidelines to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain manufacturing equipment by cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring proper functionality.

• Communicate effectively with team members to exchange feedback, identify problems, and achieve business objectives.

• Operate machinery to feed materials into or remove materials from production equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
